If you received an error notification for your recurring donation or would like to make other updates, here are a few options for a quick and easy resolution:
Log on to your donor profile:
Log in to your “Donor Profile” here and select “Donation Finances” from the drop-down.
Be sure to indicate the staff or project account where you intend to direct your donation when updating your info.
Replace your recurring donation
Visit our giving page and set up a new recurring donation by selecting the staff member or project you would like to support.
Important: After you set up a new recurring donation, please let us know so we can cancel any older donation accounts in our system. You can email us at email@example.com.
